Echamo Lot 1 comes from the highlands of Western Ethiopia, in the Goma district of Jimma Zone—an area known for its wild, heirloom diversity and expressive natural coffees. Produced by smallholder farmers at over 2,000 masl, this lot is a beautiful example of how thoughtful processing and high-altitude terroir can elevate flavour.

The natural process draws out ripe, sun-dried fruit notes layered with juicy brightness and elegant florals. It’s a coffee that captures the untamed charm of Ethiopia’s western growing regions—complex, vibrant, and deeply aromatic.
