Origin Details
Sourced from smallholder farmers in Hambella, within the renowned Guji zone of Ethiopia, this lot was processed at the Benti Nenqua.
Grown at elevations of 1,900–2,200 MASL, the high altitude slows cherry maturation, allowing sugars and aromatics to develop more complexity.
This coffee is composed of Ethiopian Heirloom varietals and is fully washed — depulped, fermented, washed clean, and dried on raised beds. The washed process highlights clarity, brightness, and floral precision.
Grade: G1 (Grade One) — Ethiopia’s highest export grade.
