This celebratory blend brings together three vibrant coffees from Rwanda and Colombia, each chosen for their expressive fruit character and festive sweetness.

At its heart, Hor-Say Blend balances the bright elegance of washed Rwandan Red Bourbon with the bold, fruit-forward intensity of Colombia’s Thermal Shock–processed Pink Bourbon and the refined complexity of Caturro Chiroso. The result is a cup that feels lively yet auspicious — expressive on its own, and beautifully rounded with milk.

Why “Hor-Say” Blend?

Hor-Say (好势) is a playful Hokkien-inspired phrase meaning “good momentum” or “favourable energy.”
It’s also a cheeky nod to the Year of the Horse, symbolising strength, progress, and forward movement.

Just like the name, this blend is meant to kickstart the year on a high note — bold, lively, and full of promise. A cup to welcome good fortune, shared moments, and a year ahead that’s full of good势.
