From the highlands of Sidama, Ethiopia, this coffee is produced by Niguse Gemeda Mude in Karamo, Bura Woreda. Grown at elevations between 2,220–2,400 masl, the high altitude and cool microclimate create ideal conditions for complex flavor development. Niguse Gemeda gained international recognition when his lot won 1st Place in the inaugural 2020 Cup of Excellence with an extraordinary score of 91.04.

🧪 Processing

This lot is processed using the traditional Ethiopian natural (sun-dried) method. Ripe cherries are carefully hand-selected, dried on raised beds under shade with slow, controlled airflow, and meticulously monitored for uniformity. The result is a vibrant and fruit-forward profile with exceptional clarity.
