Sourced from smallholder farmers in Hambella, within the renowned Guji zone of Ethiopia, this lot was processed at the Bishan Fugu washing station.

Grown at elevations of 1,900–2,200 MASL, the high altitude slows cherry maturation, contributing to greater sweetness and complex aromatics.

This coffee is made up of Ethiopian Heirloom varietals and is fully washed, meaning the cherries are depulped, fermented, washed clean, and dried on raised beds — resulting in a cup known for clarity and refined structure.

Grade: G1 (Grade One) — Ethiopia’s highest export grade classification.
